KC-DC - Part 2

Now take your Ballsign Caps and cut off the nubs and the clip

Take your grips and cut them as you want. I used the Dr. KT grip pattern

For reference, the coloured grips are: 7, 2, 4

The gray grips are just 2 rings

And just cap your mod when the glue is dry! =D

Now for the MP version. You need a paper clip to work the mechanism through the signo tip.

Straighten out one end of the paper clip and put it through a signo tip. Then bend a small amount of the clip so that it can push the tube to feed lead into the tip.

Glue your other bic tip and put the signo tip with the paper clip on it

While it dries, get an empty ink tube or empty it yourself

Put the tip without the paper clip into the bic body and put the MP mech in from the back. Do length checks (sorry i forgot to take measurements so you'll have to do some trial&error) and when you think it's right, stick the tip with the paper clip on into the other end of the bic body. Cut the paper clip, bend the end a bit then put a bit of tape over it so that you don't stab yourself when clicking...... yeah...

Then put the caps on! =D

KC-DC - Part 1

Tools required:

Good Glue (and by Good, i mean the type of glue?)

Blade

Parts required:

2x Signo tips

2x Bic round stic (plastic) tips

2x Ink tubes (For pen version)

Grips of your choice

1x Bic round stic barrel

2x Ballsign Caps

For the mechanical pencil version, I used a mech like this:

So those are the pens! Yay! =D

Now for the parts...

Just get your grips and your Ballsign caps plus the other "loose" stuff in the picture

Now take the bic tips and cut ~1.7cm measured from the back

Take the cut tip and put glue around the tip

Put a signo tip over the glued tip and repeat on other bic tip (unless you want to make the MP version)

If you're making the pen version, take your ink tubes and put glue around the area that would be inside the bic tip

Then put the ink tubes into the tips

Now you can attach them to the bic body like a bictory
